[DEMO PATCH NOTE] v.0.0.26

I did a bunch of updates since the last path note so this one will be listing the changes from 0.0.22 to 0.0.26.

Additions

• Gamepad shortcut navigation on Settings and Librarium screens

• Twitch login on the Titlescreen

• Henry the shopkeeper talks and gives tips when clicked

• Tooltip on the Twitch integration button

• Timer UI in Letter rush mode

• Option to hide letter tooltips

• Logo on titlescreen reacts to clicks

• Lexicopedia rework

  • ALPHABET: +0.2 mult when a letter of the alphabet is used, starting from 0. +26 mult when all letter have been used.

  • STOCHASTIC: +X random mult between 0 and 15

  • STARTER: +X points if the word starts with the letter ?

  • ENDER: +X points if the word ends with the letter ?

  • GAMBLER: +10 mult, 1 in 5 chance of being destroyed when triggered

  • LAST CHANCE: +4 mult on the last word try

  • LUCKY: 1 in 5 chance of getting +10 mult

Modifications

• Accents are removed from viewers suggestions and matched with their corresponding letters, ie: é è, ê and ë become e.

• Automatic pause if the Steam overlay is shown

• Automatic pause if the controller disconnects

• Modify win screen to better fit Letter rush, showing the correct stats

• Removes fullscreen option on the web (handle directly by Itch)

• Pause menu is now opaque in Letter Rush

• Viewers votes hidden on potions and wands in Lexicopedia

• Different background during Letter Rush

• Scrollable content can be scrolled using the right joystick (Leaderboard, Lexicopedia, Credits)

• Lava is hidden at the same time as the cauldron

• Wand of Swap can now swap letters in the backpack

• Wand of Merge show a message when trying to merge a letter in the backpack

Bugs

• Fix: French typos in the tutorial

• Fix: can't submit words on the web and on the Steam version (error 0)

• Fix: Gamepad shortcut on the backpack shows R2 instead of L2

• Fix: "Words used" could be to long to fit the panel on Win screen

• Fix: Wishlist button not displaying tooltip and not working on win screen

• Fix: Feedback button not showing tooltip and toggling demo message correctly

• Fix: [SCROLL] Hoarder only adds one point instead of the real amount

• Fix: [SCROLL] Sellout value is wrong before buying and not holding any scroll

• Fix: Scroll not working with touch (Leaderboard, Lexicopedia, Credits)

• Fix: Twitch logs in but doesn't receive viewers suggestions

• Fix: Wand of Merge uses the wrong letters when used

Investigating

The Linux build seems to be shipping with both Linux and Windows executable. It runs fine but it's strange. I'm not sure why it's doing that and I'm trying to fix it.
