Lexispell changes
First, thanks for all the feedback you submitted already. There's a lot of valuable stuff in there, and it really motivates me to continue working on Lexispell to make it better. I'm incredibly pleased to see many of you are enjoying the game and that it seems to be pretty stable overall.
If you have played already, don't hesitate to try this new version, as I fixed a bunch of issues and added some cool things (read more below).
More seats!
I'm writing this to announce I'm opening way more seats (more than 300!) in the playtest. If you were waiting to try the game, now is the time! Of course, you can still send invites to your friends if they want to try but didn't get selected yet.
New stuff
I've made a lot of fixes, modifications and additions. You can read the full list below.
The biggest problem that still occurs is letters getting stuck in the air after some complicated merges. When a lot of merges are happening, it can also mess with the letters you already have selected. If a word is not recognized, don't hesitate to clear the word and try again in case some merges caused a bug.
One of the coolest new feature is the ability to submit words to be included in the dictionary! In the pause menu, you simply entered the word you want, select the language and hit submit! I'll review the suggestions at the end of the playtest so don't hesitate to submit anything you think should be included!

Make the scoring animation ultra fast and hidden for the most part in letter rush

Stop camera mouse offset when switching to gamepad
End run popup is colored red when lost
Clear the letters selected when losing by timeout
Hide end popup when moving to win screen
Limit merge size of letters
Prevent saving for later if letter is too big
Limit merge size inside for later
Update the first tutorial screen to include “for later” opened and a letter being saved for later
Caution message about ugprades not designed for french in playtest screen and language popup
Bugs
Fix: Letters could be put back into for later when they were already in
Fix: The arrows on the upgrades sometimes being in the wrong orientation
Fix: Upgrade SEVEN doesn’t trigger if length if > 7
Fix: LOVE LETTER and EXACT COUNT could have huge points value
Fix: Difficulty popup would show when retrying a run even if the player hadn’t previously beaten the game
Fix: Remove letter shortcut still works when counting score
Fix: Drag and drop not working correctly with two lines on letters
