The bloodstained sheet music

An ancient legend tell about a young woman was born in Vidal de la fuente, who lost her husband and her son too, through of devastate disease. She, very distress, depressed and anguished, thought to put end to her live. However, thanks to support and love from her neighbors, little by little, Cristina, the name of the young widow, overcame the terrible situation she had to live.

Cristina always was music keen, and she had a natural gift to learn and play every musical instrument. Over time, she found in this liking a place where cover of her pain, perfecting her technical with several instruments and reaching to compose easy melodies.

The village’s antique dealer lender his instruments on the other hand keep them in good condition, and interpret to him guitar beauty melodies. Village’s boys were delighted to hear her plays dulzaina and they left spellbound beside their home’s windows to listen her. The animals of the village close forest came near to her when she played her bongos as if Cristina performing with them some casted a spell on melody to make lose their fear to humans. In the abbey, placed village’s outside, asked to her she go to play the violin and harp too there in the sunny evenings to accompany the monks in their spirituals breaks.

But one day, the misfortune made prey with her. Not even ten years passed from her family tragedy, when she self cached a serious disease wich made blood to her frequently for all body. The young woman was founded lifeless beside a score written in her lasts moments of her live. Last page wasn’t written with ink but her own blood.

Some people said she did it like part of some ritual to try saved her live, the most imaginative discussed she sold her soul to the devil, and others thought felt her live run away she didn’t want to leave unfinished the score, and she decide no lost time to fill up the ink tin. But it’s clear from legend, every time the score is performance, Cristina’ spirit goes back to the living world to sing beside the musicians. Though Cristina’s ghost didn’t cause any kind of wickedness, the scared monks hid the sheet music in a hidden place of their abbey, and sent the instruments she played to different places distant among them. The years passed and nobody performed that bloodstained score again.

The legend ends telling if some man with pure soul finds the instruments, he’ll can to feel the presence of Cristina. And if he found to all, he’ll can to know where is hidden the bloodstained sheet music, and call on sweet Cristina spirit to she performed it further on.
