changedWhen it comes to level design, clarity is key. I always keep that in mind. It's important to guide players without overwhelming them. I do this by carefully arranging things and playing with light and shadow. By doing that, I can gently steer players in the right direction and make sure the gameplay flows smoothly.

I've got some exciting updates to share with you all. Recently, I've started putting my knowledge of level design into action, and let me tell you, it's been quite the journey! Building levels is both challenging and fascinating, but I'm loving every minute of it.

It all starts with a simple pencil and paper. Yep, you heard it right! I sketch out my level ideas on paper first, just to get a sense of how everything will look and play out. Then, it's time to bring those sketches into Unity, the game engine I use. Seeing the levels come to life on the screen is always a blast!

But the work doesn't end there. Once I've got the basics down, it's all about testing and fine-tuning. I jump into the game myself, playing through the levels, tweaking things here and there to make sure everything feels just right for you, the players. And you know who else helps out? My girlfriend! She's always up for giving the levels a whirl and giving me some honest feedback.

I'm really hoping that the levels I'm creating will be enjoyable for both newcomers to platforming games and seasoned players alike. There's a little something for everyone, from tricky puzzles to hidden secrets waiting to be discovered.

But wait, there's more! I'm also working hard on some really cool YouTube videos where I'll be giving you a behind-the-scenes look at how Leo: The Square is coming to life. You'll get to see all the nitty-gritty details of the development process and maybe even sneak a peek at some exclusive content.
