Legends Of Valhalla changes
It's been a few months since the last update and we have been hard at work, with many drastic overhauls and changes being worked on at once. We have also been busy networking at attempting to setup as many different events around the Kickstarter timeline, in order to help us grow and spread the word.
More of that in a future update though, for now, the patch notes:
Added equipabble weapons to character selection.
Increased starting attributes for all classes (leaning in the favour of their role).
Increased HP of all enemies and reduced Damage of all enemies.
Changed camera angle to a more traditional one.
Improved FPS (again).
Added the first dynamic encounter: Grizzle.
Added 2 more combat sounds to Bears and Wolves - gradually trying to find that sweet spot!
Tutorials now pop up as "?" under the minimap, you can then click to expand them.
Added a slight "sparkle" vfx to loot.
Added Loot Chests to the world.
Added a "Fog of War" to the minimap and world map.
Removed the day and night cycle temporarily to allow myself more time to focus on gameplay.
Added dynamic lighting.
Revamped the world so it's more cohesive and follows the "Open World Multiplayer ARPG" philosophy.
Began UI revamp, starting with HUD, Minimap, Zone Map, World Map and Inventory panels.
Added Sutr to the game.
Revamped enemy AI to allow for more exciting combat (mostly to come later) and clean up stuttering issues.
Items can now be picked up by clicking on their labels.
Fixed multiple issues with item labels and loot filter.
Temporarily removed Odin.
.
I hope you guys like the changes we have made and cannot wait to hear your feedback! Happy hunting Legends :)
