Valhalla Letter: The Dawn of Blazing Competition and, Sincere Communication

We would like to once again express our deepest gratitude to all Warriors who filled the 2nd YMIR Cup Season 2 with overwhelming joy and passionate excitement. Even before the lingering excitement of this global festival has fully faded, the Land of YMIR now faces an unavoidable storm of war.

On July 14, the Season of Competition will finally begin in full, marking the start of a battle to determine the true supremacy of the land.

This season will bring not only new seasonal content that will ignite the fighting spirit of our Warriors, but also exceptional events designed to help you achieve explosive growth even amid relentless competition. We ask for your great anticipation and participation in the fierce new struggle for supremacy that is about to begin.

In this seventeenth letter, ahead of the opening of the Season of Competition, we would like to share details about the ‘ Special Communication Campaign ’ we are newly launching, as well as the ‘ major improvements and updates ’ that will mark its first step.

1. [Voice of YMIR Campaign] - The voices of our Warriors are the path YMIR will follow.

The greatest driving force that has allowed Legend of YMIR to come this far without wavering has been the constant communication we have shared with our Warriors. Placing this value above all else, we are launching the Voice of YMIR Campaign to take both the depth and speed of our communication to the next level.

Going forward, our development team will directly listen to the vivid feedback shared by Warriors through the Discord channel, provide clear responses, and work to ensure that your voices lead to meaningful improvements in the game. Detailed information on how to participate in this campaign and the schedule will be announced through a notice next week. We sincerely ask our Warriors to share your honest and unfiltered voices with us.

2. [Major Improvement Updates] - One action speaks louder than a hundred words.

Before the campaign officially begins, we will be carrying out immediate improvements based on the valuable feedback our Warriors have shared with us. This will be the first step in proving the sincerity of our commitment to communication.

• Resolving the Clan Fund Shortage Issue: As key content such as Sindri's Lost Treasure Island and Clan Annihilation Battle has continued to expand, we have been carefully listening to and deeply sympathizing with the concerns of Warriors who felt unable to participate in battles due to insufficient Clan Funds. Funds should never become an obstacle on the battlefields that Clan members are meant to conquer together. Therefore, we will increase the limit on Clan donations and greatly reduce the cost required to participate in content to 50%, easing the burden on Clans

• Increasing Rewards for Major Content: Fierce battles and hard-earned efforts should always be met with worthy results. We plan to significantly increase the reward balance for Sindri’s Lost Treasure Island, Clan Annihilation Battle, and Server Battle. We will improve these rewards so that Warriors can obtain richer and more valuable spoils worthy of such intense battles.

• Full Renewal of Various Shops: We will fully renew the item lineups of the Mileage Shop, Plus Benefits Shop, and Rest Points Shop, which have had relatively limited use. These shops will be rebuilt so that the currencies held by Warriors can provide more practical and powerful value.

• Removing the Weekly Exchange Limit for Story Decks: To ensure that your growth never comes to a halt, we will completely remove the weekly exchange limit for Story Decks. Through more flexible farming and exchanges, we hope Warriors will be able to break through their character limits without hesitation.

3. [July 21 Server Merge & Server Transfer] - A new wind that will shake the land

A massive shift is approaching, one that will make the Season of Competition burn even hotter. On July 21, a Server Merge and Server Transfer for general servers will take place, reshaping the power structure of the land.

This merge will serve as a key turning point, bringing a great wind of change to the newly reorganized Land of YMIR. As multiple servers come together as one, we look forward to seeing how powerful new forces will rise and shake the existing order. We hope Warriors will write a great new epic on the battlefield that is about to be reborn.

4. [The Core of the Economic Ecosystem: gWEMIX]

Lastly, our development team is also fully aware of the significant difficulties many Warriors are currently experiencing in obtaining gWEMIX, one of the core currencies.

gWEMIX is the heart that keeps the P&E ecosystem of the global Legend of YMIR service circulating. For that reason, this major issue cannot be addressed with a hasty, temporary measure. Our development team is currently designing multiple response measures with great care, so that Warriors can obtain gWEMIX in a smooth and reasonable way that reflects the effort they put into the game, while ensuring that the in-game economic balance is not disrupted.

We are now in the final stages of coordination to present Warriors with the most reliable and stable solution possible. We sincerely ask for your kind patience just a little longer. Soon, we will return with good news and concrete plans that will help relieve the frustration many of you have been feeling.

Warriors, on July 14, the Season of Competition, which every force across the land has been waiting for, will finally awaken.

In addition, at the end of July, Warriors can look forward to the renewed Server Battle, which will return in a completely new form, followed by the opening of YMIR League Season 4, where the strongest will clash for supremacy.
