Greetings, This is Legend of YMIR.

The quarterfinals of the regional qualifying tournaments, where servers compete for the honor of representing their regions in the highly anticipated World Championship, have now concluded. Only the semifinals and finals remain. The Legend of YMIR operations team extends its highest praise and deepest gratitude not only to the warriors who advanced to the semifinals after fierce battles, but also to those who demonstrated unwavering determination despite being unable to advance to the next round.

Through this notice, we would like to announce the confirmed semifinal matchups, along with preliminary information regarding the World Championship. Warriors from servers that may advance to the World Championship are strongly advised to carefully review the information below and make the necessary preparations to ensure smooth participation in the tournament.

YMIR Cup Season 2 Semifinal Schedule and Bracket

※ The server that wins the final in each division will advance to the YMIR Cup Season 2 World Championship.

World Championship Schedule

• World Championship Semifinals: June 27, 2026 (Saturday)

• World Championship Final: June 28, 2026 (Sunday)

• Legend Match: June 28, 2026 (Sunday)

※ The KR Server Champions will consist of warriors with the highest Growth Power among those active on the KR servers. As in Season 1, their Growth Power will be adjusted to match the average Growth Power of warriors from the Global servers.

World Championship Venue

• SOOP Colosseum, Sangam, Seoul, Republic of Korea

World Championship Format

As in Season 1, the World Championship will feature the servers that emerge victorious from the qualifying tournament finals in each division. To enable competition across regions, a separate game client dedicated exclusively to the World Championship will be provided.

Accordingly, at the time specified below, the character data of warriors belonging to the five selected clans from each of the four participating servers will be copied. During the World Championship, which will take place from June 27 to June 28, participants will compete using this copied data rather than their live game data.

Participating Clan Selection Method and Schedule

Precautions

※ Detailed information on the selection of participating clans for Partners Servers, including the schedule and procedures, will be provided through the Partner-Exclusive Announcements.

(Submission Deadline: May 29, 2026, 08:00 UTC+8)

※ The selected clans representing Partner’s Servers in the YMIR Cup will apply from the semifinals on May 29 through the World Championship matches.

※ Data will be copied during scheduled maintenance on June 9 for the clans selected on June 1.

※ Even if the Clan Growth Power Rankings change after clan selection and before data is copied, the selected clan rankings will remain unchanged.

(The clan ranking data recorded at the time of clan selection will be used.)

※ Any changes made after scheduled maintenance on June 9, including changes to clan members, Growth Power, or items, will not be reflected. Please make sure to complete all necessary preparations and set up your character in the best possible condition for the tournament before the scheduled maintenance on June 9.

Special Additional Rules for the World Championship

In the current regular Server Battles and the YMIR Cup Regional Qualifying Tournament, characters who use all of their remaining lives are moved to Asgard Castle. Even if lives are restored by defeating a brazier in the match area afterward, characters who have already been moved cannot regain lives and are unable to continue participating in the match.

To allow for more diverse battle strategies, starting with the World Championship, this rule will be changed to function in the same way as Treasure Island content. Even after using all of their lives, characters will be isolated in the safe zone of the Server Battle. If a warrior from the same server or clan defeats a brazier, they will recover a life and be able to rejoin the battlefield.

Warriors participating in the World Championship are advised to carefully review this rule change and prepare strategies that make the best use of it.

Invitation to the World Championship Venue

From each server that wins its division, the Clan Masters of the top 3 clans at the time of clan selection, or clan members designated by those Clan Masters, will be invited to Korea, where the World Championship will be held. Invited warriors will compete on-site in Korea alongside their clan members participating online. Accordingly, Clan Masters of the top 5 clans on servers that have advanced to the semifinals of the YMIR Cup Regional Qualifiers are advised to prepare in advance for travel to Korea to ensure smooth participation in the offline tournament.

1. Passport for Offline Tournament Participants (Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of entry into Korea.)

2. Visa for Entry into Korea (Visa requirements vary by nationality. Please check the official Korean government websites directly for further details.)

1. Availability from June 26 to June 29 (Dates are based on local time in Korea.)

※ Personal information required to book flights and accommodations will be collected on June 1, once the clan rankings have been finalized. At that time, the Clan Masters of the clans ranked 1st to 3rd will receive an individual participation code and a link for submitting personal information through in-game mail and direct message.

※ Clan Masters of eligible clans must check the relevant mail and direct message and submit their responses by June 3, 2026, 23:59 (UTC+8).

※ Warriors participating in the tournament on-site in Korea may appear on official Legend of YMIR broadcasts or take part in match introductions, interviews, or video content production.

Further details regarding the tournament format, schedule, and client distribution method will be announced in a separate notice at a later date. Warriors planning to participate in the offline tournament are strongly advised to review the information above and make the necessary preparations in advance.
