Clarification

The game does not try to install everytime, it just checks for the proper DLL files for DirectX. There is an incompatibility with some DirectX files that need to be checked and fixed on certain PCs.

Main Menu - DirectX Issue

Run-time error '339' Component 'COMCTL32.OCX' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered. For some reason, DirectX does not register files in the registry as it should on some versions of Windows. I am looking for a way to fix this for you from the DLL checking on Steam. This error is from DirectX and not from the game itself. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. Have fun!
