Mid-Week Report - Steam Next Fest

To our dearest employees,

Thank you all for the unbelievable support for Ledgerbound so far during Steam Next Fest!

As a self-funded, independent studio, there’s only so much you can do to prepare for an event like Next Fest before “success” is out of your control. Seeing the positive response to our debut game’s first public demo has been both insightful and motivating when thinking about continuing to work towards launch!

While we’re nowhere near the end of the event, we wanted to touch base and share a few moments from the start of our community that are worth celebrating!

We hit a major milestone first thing on Monday – Ledgerbound now has 10K wishlists and counting! Of all the KPIs, this one is the most mysterious and important at this stage of development. We had hoped to surpass 10,000 wishlists by the conclusion of Steam Next Fest, and now you've gone and made us set a new goal for the week!

Steam post image Our developers have been conducting field research all week by jumping into your Twitch chats to watch how you deny those pesky insurance claims and boost team morale in Ledgerbound! We have loved laughing alongside you while you enhance your combat skills and get to know your coworkers. A special thank you is in order for some of the streamers who have made our evenings all the more fun (because who doesn't love watching work in their free time?). Check out some of their VODs here:
