Removed movement debuff from lugging Scrap
The Flint turret has extra audio cues to better indicate overheating
You can now fire through overheat
Turrets now get defense bonuses while manned
Added Mines
Added Weather Balloons
...Added Mine Balloons (crazy how that works together)
New particle sprites and shaders for smoke and dust effects (Godot will need to recompile your shaders, so expect stutters when first playing. Still looking into fixes for this.)
Added lights for muzzle flash and explosions (these will only show with High effects + Shadow quality settings)
Added Accessibility settings for Flashing Lights, Basic Action Hints
Added Video setting for Effects Quality
Fixes
Significantly reduced performance impact of radio
