v3.5.0 part 3 of 5

Hello Landlords,

So Today we have a part 1 of 2 update for you, we noticed that our changes last update messed with quite a few things in game. So below is what is in part 1 of this update and because you the players have been so good about letting us know about the issues you have been seeing in the AI, mini games, home insides etc. We are going to let this update stay out for 2 days then if everything is well with everyones saved data and such we will put part 2 which will finish up the v3.5.0 update.
