Buying apartment buildings and empty land, UI overhauls, Quality-of-Life improvements, and another big performance boost!

🛠️ Major Features & Changes

• Updated UI for My Properties: Cleaner look and better navigation.

• FixedImproved Performance & Data LoadingFixed stuttering. The game is now lag-free most of the time, even on max speed!

• Buy Apartment Buildings: Individual units will now go up for sale randomly, allowing you to buy an entire apartment building over time.

• Buy Empty Land: You can now purchase empty land and build your own property from scratch — whether it's a single house or a whole apartment building!

• Speed Up Upgrades: You can now pay extra to have property upgrades completed faster.

• AdjustedUpgrade Risk BalanceSlightly increased the chance that an upgrade attempt will not be successful (adds more risk/reward).

• Property Star Ratings: Properties now display a star rating calculated from their total upgrades and overall condition.

• Lawn Mowing Buff: Reaching level 3 in Lawn Mowing now boosts your tractor speed by 30%! (More gig updates coming soon)

• AddedNew Contact - "Builder"Added a new contractor contact for your construction needs.
• AddedParking App NotificationsAdded helpful notifications in the app to show you where to park.
• AdjustedEconomic AdjustmentsDecreased the interval for rent changes.
• AdjustedRenamed Rented Property "Rating"Changed to "Mood" for better clarity on how your tenants feel.

• Wear & Tear Aging: Property wear and tear is now slightly affected by the overall age of the building.

• Realistic Financial Markets: Gold now behaves much more like in real life, and precious metals will react dynamically to world events!

🖥️ UI & Quality of Life Improvements

• AdjustedUI Scaling FixesUpdated default UI scale for 1366x768 resolutions.

• Auto UI Recalculation: Changing resolution will now automatically recalculate the default UI scale to fit your screen. (You can still manually adjust it in settings anytime).

• Property Filtering: You can now filter what types of properties you want to see inside the My Properties menu.

Please note that this is the final **Major Update** for a while. Moving forward, I will focus on smaller updates and quick bug fixes as needed.
