Update 0.1.6.80

As promised, here's update .80! We're working very hard on the upcoming update to engines and the flight model, so not many technical bug fixes this week. Mostly a few fixes to missions and a LOT of typos!

addedNoctae Chemrock Mining Rig: Added an NPC who has information on an odd asteroid in Ankhet.
addedAdded a Nibiru memorial to the Golden Peacock casino.
fixedNibiru's Rock: Collision and door fixed.
fixedFixed losts of typos.
