Vault show locked items, additional game settings

Hi Land Drifters! You can now show all items you do not have in the vault. The game will now remember which panel you locked it on between game sessions, so you can keep it on Overview or whatever you prefer.

There are also additional settings like hiding the side panel buttons.

-Locked panels will now remember where you left it off between sessions

-Toggle left/right panels now has a hide button to hide the buttons. The buttons are disabled by default now for new saves.
