Konkwest changes
This is a small update fixing some issues with the game, and making some changes to the world.
Feature
You can now invite other, non-enemy countries, to try joining institutions that you are a part of.
Scenarios
The HRE in 1300 has been turned into an institution and its member states were added as countries.
Added institutions to the 2000 scenario.
World
Aceh, Brunei, Champa, the Mekong Delta, and Singapore have been added as places.
Changed several water places in the Atlantic Ocean.
Performance
Improved performace by making several smaller changes:
Enhanced the performance of NPCAI.SpecializeARegion.
Removed one unneccessary call to CountriesSystem.UpdateCountriesAttitudeLists per turn.
Improved performance of NPCAI.MakePlans.
Bugs
Fixed a bug where united political unions (in particular NATO) could generate country IDs that were too long to be playable. Removed a false entry in the list of options for starting votes in your institutions. Fixed improve relations hotkey. The UI listing which countries voted for and against decisions in the institution screen now properly uses localized country names if available. Fixed a bug where truce requests would not arrive in the inbox of the target country.
Other
Institution members will now dislike countries that attack their fellow members.
Updated the app icon.
Improved the flag of Majapahit.
Added an example institution to the example mod.
Lowered the border-line-elevation to decrease the visual gap notable in close perspectives sometimes.
If you are at war with a country and, because of alliances, can't directly make peace with them, you will now see a text explaining how you can, or who can make peace.
