Content Update: The Trinket Trials
Step into the Trinket Trials, where your progress and mastery forge your arsenal.
⚙️ System Rework
The entire Trinket system has been rebuilt from the ground up. Previously, players could pick 1 out of 3 randomly offered trinkets from a pool of about 15. Now, you’ll be choosing between 80 unique trinkets, all tied to your personal progression. Steam post image
💎 Trinket Collection
80 total trinkets, from starting with a specific Blob to launching Battle Start effects twice!
Lots of new effects, allowing wild builds! Be creative!
No more random offers! Your build, your choice.
There are three distinct Trinket types:
Power: Enhance gameplay with direct bonuses.
Challenge: Increase difficulty in exchange for higher XP multipliers.
Class: Special trinkets tied to each class.

Trinkets are unlocked through XP earned during runs, increased by:

Class Trinkets require you to win Campaign runs with each class! Reach level 50 and play with all classes to unlock them all! Steam post image

Reached the maximum level already? It’s only the beginning! Choose multiple Trinkets and find the best combo or face the hardest challenges!
🏆 Achievements
10 new achievements introduced to celebrate your milestones in the Trinket Trials.
📖 Catch-up Mechanics
Already a veteran in the game? Start at an already advanced level to test Trinkets and get closer to the maximum level faster! But wait - there's more!
💠 9 New Boss Souls
Face new foes, unlock new powers — a full set of 9 fresh Boss Souls has been added to enrich late-game builds and mastery paths.
🧪 Introducing: The Poison Blob
A deadly new ranged Troop joins the roster! The Poison Blob siphons 🛡️ from adjacent allies and itself, converting the stolen defense into pure ⚔️ power. A high-risk, high-reward damage dealer for creative, aggressive builds.
🎵 Endless Music
Endless Mode now features its own dedicated music loop to set the tone for long runs.
General
Improved the clarity of new Unlocked elements, specifying if it’s a Class, a Difficulty, a Mode, a Trinket or a Feature.
Added a tooltip to explain difficulties, showing the Tile cost, the maximum damage you can take in a normal battle, and the bonus XP you’ll receive
Balancing
Badge - Cost reduced from 4 to 2
Pacifist - Lose 10% ⚔️but gains 120% of it back as🛡️(up from -4 but gains 100%)
Glass Canon - Lose 10% 🛡️but gains 120% of it back as⚔️(up from -4 but gains 100%)
Gambler - If you’ve rolled 3 times this turn, get +3%/+3% (up from +2/+3)
Lone Wolf - If Troop as no adjacent allies, +5%/+5% (up from +4/+4)
Copy - Spawns a Phantom of the Troop with 25%🛡️and ⚔️ (up from 10%)
Valiant - +2⚔️ or +3🛡️ for each adjacent Knighthood ally (up from +1⚔️ or +2 🛡️)
Chivalry - On Merge: If Ally is a Knighthood, gains +2⚔️or +3🛡️(up from +1⚔️ or +1 🛡️)
Sniper - Now gives +1% ⚔️ instead of +2⚔️
Bug Fixes
Selfish and other negative effects should properly work with Infinity. Negative infinity buffs are now replaced with infinity buffs
Restricted Spells trinket doesn't stop Treasures from being properly used anymore
Experience filling sound is now properly stopped if continuing during the animation
