2.0 Online Update

The wait is over, kittens! It's time to meddle in your friends' romantic affairs and compete for the spot of the top matchmaker! With the 2.0 Online Update, you can challenge your besties on the leaderboard, send them on dates, complete Daily Quests, and collect a dazzling stash of Kitty Pins.

Added

• An online account can be created to participate in online play. Online play includes:

  • Adding friends.

  • Weekly highscore tables with friends, to compete for who can make the most maches and who earned the most reputation.

  • Friend comparisons including progress, profile and matchmaking agencies.

  • Take friends on dates.

  • Receive letters about your avatar’s dating life after they appear in friend's games.

  • Daily challenges.

  • Earn ‘Kitty Pearls’ by participating in online gameplay.

• A catalogue of collectable Kitty Pins.

• 3 secret modes to find.

• Makeover rating in the Salon, which can give an extra bonus on a date.

• Streaming Options menu, accessible from the Pause Menu.

• View Mode on the Main Menu to look at the Dating Agency with minimal UI.

• A daily bonus is awarded when playing for multiple days in a row.

• New achievements.

• (iOS Only) Game Center Achievements.

Changes

• Updated character creation so that ‘Face Details' and ‘Eyes Colour’ have separate menu buttons.

• Updated ‘Eject Client’ menu.

• If a character blinks during the Selfie minigame, it is considered a bad photo.

• A vegetarian client will order their own non-meat dish if a meat dish is chosen for the candidate.

• Share the Meal minigame controls updated to be less twitchy.

Fixes

• Fixed an issue where a client can end up with no hair in the salon when changing hair colour.

• Fixed an issue where facial hair and makeup didn’t show in the ‘Already Discussed’ popup before going on a date with a candidate who a non-binary client has already dated.

• Fixed a visual issue with some hairstyles appearing to have gaps in them.

• Fixed an issue in the Tip the Waiter minigame where duplicate answers could appear.
