Achievement Two: Exploding Ball-galoo

- The first achievement I didn't see myself getting, I may have triggered it while I was testing in a test environment, but I didn't see the Steam overlay play, so maybe I need to change the code, or maybe I need to launch and test the app from Steam. So that is what I'm doing.

-To do this I added an achievement for the first time one uses the Toaster's power.
