addedLong time no see! It has been a little while since the last update, many apologies! Unfortunately, there had been delays with some features in this update and on top of that, there was Gamescom the last week here in our hometown of Cologne. So a bit of time and effort went into prepping for the convention. But good news is there is finally a new update with some improvements and new features. First off, we had the request to add in a save system. With the addition of the progression tree, the demo has become quite a bit longer than we initially had planned. So, a way to save your progress was long overdue! It has not been playtested to the fullest extent yet, so if you do encounter any problems with it, please report them over on the discord. Many thanks!! Almost more important than adding a way to save was actually fixing the customer spawn rates. Something was pretty broken here, without going into too much detail: We should have our customers back, ideally a lot of them! This brings us to one more feature: the trash can. To help out with the trash these new customers will most definitely leave behind, we added a way to keep the outside of the kiosk clean. The trash can must be unlocked first and can then be bought in the shop. It forced customers to throw away any trash they have instead of throwing it on the ground. Now at last but definitely not least we have a great new addition to our Kiosk staff: the Chefin. The Chef's wife is now a playable character, besides the OG Chef. Until they get to manage and fight alongside, you have to decide which character you want to play when starting a new singleplayer game (only visual/cosmetic currently). This wraps up most changes from this update. Check out all the changes below! Let us know what you think about these new features. Many thanks and until next time (hopefully not in a month)!
