I been posting daily patches since launch day, but wanted to post one proper longer patch format for folks that are interested in what changed.
addedQuality of Life IssuesAdded a Content Notice on the Steam page that the game deals with grief and loss
addedQuality of Life IssuesThe nightmare level now has a bit brighter stars to help you navigate when the torch goes out
changedQuality of Life IssuesAdjusted the lighting in certain areas like the initial house to make it easier to navigate
fixedQuality of Life IssuesMade the jumping puzzle in the climbing level less frustrating and fixed several issues Removed trees that block views from jumps which was annoying Made certain jumps easier (especially the ones with frustrating mechanics) Made meshes like trees under rocks have no collision so you cannot get stuck there Made the end segment more clear direction-wise

In no particular order they are:

Quality of Life Issues

  • Added a Content Notice on the Steam page that the game deals with grief and loss

  • The nightmare level now has a bit brighter stars to help you navigate when the torch goes out

  • Adjusted the lighting in certain areas like the initial house to make it easier to navigate

  • Made the jumping puzzle in the climbing level less frustrating and fixed several issues

    • Removed trees that block views from jumps which was annoying

    • Made certain jumps easier (especially the ones with frustrating mechanics)

    • Made meshes like trees under rocks have no collision so you cannot get stuck there

    • Made the end segment more clear direction-wise

  • Made tooltips easier to read, especially on certain backgrounds like snow

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed the footsteps not registering on snow level

  • Fixed several issues with blocking volumes (invisible walls) across a few levels that people reported

  • Fixed missing river SFX in the farm story

  • Fixed a bugs in the climbing level

    • If you don't console the baby in the level before, you would be stuck walking, making the level impossible to beat without loading

    • Increased the high of invisible walls so you cannot get stuck if you jump from the end of the level into the water

  • Fixed a bug in the yellow level where you could get stuck behind the water mill
