Update 1.0.1.9 with gameplay improvements and fixes

We continue to work on adding various gameplay improvements. Additionally, this update includes fixes for various issues. Please make sure you have the latest (1.0.1.9) version of the game.

addedWe continue to work on adding various gameplay improvements. Additionally, this update includes fixes for various issues. Please make sure you have the latest (1.0.1.9) version of the game.
addedAdded the "Settings" button to the pause menu.
changedChanged the crossbow reload conditions. Now the king cannot reload the crossbow while the circular axe attack is charging.
changedChanged the cooldown for the spore mushroom attack
fixedFixed an issue with the king sometimes not moving after teleporting to a torch.
fixedFixed an issue with slimes disappearing in the farmer's pen.
