addedFeaturing tons of quality of life improvements, enhanced visuals, new quests system, and handcrafted up-scaled textures, Kingpin: Reloaded is the definitive experience for both fans of the original game and newcomers alike.
addedThose of you who have been following the project since it was announced may already know that it has been quite a journey to get it done and the team behind it has made a tremendous effort to bring this project to completion! They had to face several technical challenges (the source code of the original IP had been lost, which meant that they had to write a new engine- combining Unity and the original game- in order to reverse engineer and interpret the entirety of “Life of Crime”) and also make some sacrifices to what was initially planned. But despite the difficulties, we didn't want to disappoint you, and decided no matter the cost that we must keep our promise.
changedWe hope you will all enjoy the game, whether you are an old fan of the original IP and want to revisit your childhood memories by playing it on modern day machines, or a younger fan who didn't have the chance to play it when it came out in 1999.

What’s new in Kingpin: Reloaded vs. the original Kingpin: Life of Crime?

- Added Secret Mode: Unlocked when completing the game on Hard or Real. The new mode is called Hardcore Mode where you can play the game without any HUD or inventory.

- New Quest Journal: Added a new interface to help you keep track of who you're working for and what you're doing in between dodging bullets

- Controller Support: Controller support, complete with auto-aim is featured for those who want to give the keyboard and mouse a rest

- New Menus and UI: Better readability and interactivity indicators. We’re also pretty fond of the new inventory screen.

- New Weapon and Dialogue Wheels: In addition to the above-outlined improvements to UI, we’ve also included weapon and dialogue wheels. This impact will be better appreciated for players using a controller, but the utility is present for keyboard and mouse as well.

- How much does the game cost? The game's price is $19.99 with a 25% launch discount during the first week (each copy comes with a copy of the original “Kingpin: Life of Crime”). There is also a 30% discount for those who already own the original.

- Supported languages? English, French, Italian, German, Spanish, Japanese, Polish, Portuguese (Brazil), Russian, Simplified Chinese

- Does it work on Steam Deck? We have tested it on our machines and it works, however we are still awaiting the official checkmark :)

- How about consoles? Our priority has been on releasing the game on PC right now. We'll have an update regarding consoles after that.

- How about Multiplayer? Players will be able to experience Kingpin Multiplayer through the original 1999 Life of Crime version. We realize that this is unideal for everyone involved, but our team did their best to make it work. Unfortunately, due to the technical challenges that are mentioned above, it wasn’t possible to happen before the
