-Fixed ring recipe giving out wrong ring instead. -Fixed issue with bartender selling an unknown item.

-Reduced experience given by the treasure people.

-Removed weight requirement from cart due to many bugs being caused by this system. Now carts don't have a weight limit.

-Tweaked the lootlist of the treasure people. -Tweaked loot guy to spawn 50% less than currently. -Tweaked summons being summoned to you with the follow me key. Made sure that if they don't find a point near you that they don't disappear.
