Hotfix 0.7.4c

This hotfix fixed a potential softlock when facing certain enemies in battles. Otherwise, version 0.7.4c is the same as the previous version. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

fixedFixed a bug where Elin's ability Performance would buff enemies instead of debuffing them.
changedBandit Gunner's ability Shotgun Blast now hits its targets simultaneously and has a sound effect.
addedThe Wisboar Mage now has an ability called Furious Slice that targets a single rank (column).
changedUnder the hood improvements to the dialogue system. These are not yet fully implemented but you can see what is to come in the dialogue between Dalton and R.A.G.A.
