Score system and leaderboard

I added the score system and steam global leaderboards, with other achievements associated with the scores.

how it works basically: -for every topulus you kill the multiplier increases by 1 and the score increases multiplied -if you get hit you lose the multiplied points and the multiplier returns to 1 -if you take any medikits you lose 1000 points and the multiplier returns to 1 -if you destroy the paintings or minitopulus your points are subtracted and the multiplier returns to 1.
