  • [Gameplay] The Hotshot bonus now applies a multiplier to the special charge meter.

  • [Gameplay] Dropping hazards that cannot make a match (e.g. tar) will not reset the Hotshot combo.

  • [Gameplay] The tar ratio on Sencha's stage has been adjusted.

  • [UI] Updated the Hotshot score effect.

  • [UI] When playing with the mouse, the cursor will change to a weaker crosshair to signify pieces cannot be dropped.

  • [UI] Improved the fidelity of the sphere backgrounds.

  • [UI] Removed the old Golden Gate bridge background from the Photo Mode, as it is not used anywhere anymore. Geomecs's redraw of this background is now in the Gumball Machine!!!

  • [UI] Removed the first run setup screen.

    • Touch controls will be enabled automatically if Android is detected.

      • Players not enabling this on Android would suffer, so it's best they have it on until they are in a position to figure out how to turn it off, if they absolutely need to.

      • Most PC players probably did not immediately need to see this option.

    • Display language is inferred from the system locale and can still be changed through the settings.

    • Difficulty can still be changed through the settings.

  • [UI] Increased the size of the scrollbar, making it easier to grab on a touch device.

  • [UI] The title screen now has a button prompt, rather than "press any button", as pressing any button could just close the game.

  • [Touch] Button prompts are now hidden when Touch Mode is enabled, to reduce unnecessary clutter.

  • [Touch] Hidden touch controls on more scenes where explicit controls aren't necessary.

  • [Touch] The directional arrows on the touch interface (seen in photo mode) are now correctly anchored to the bottom left corner.

  • [Touch] Touch interface controls will give feedback to indicate a button is pressed.

  • [Touch] Touch interface controls will no longer grab focus.

  • [Touch] Interacting with the touch controls will no longer move the position of the sweet launcher during gameplay.

  • [Fix] Addressed several instances where inputs on the touch interface would frequently not register.

  • [Fix] The directional arrows on the touch interface were not reactive.

  • [Fix] Improved the display of several elements on wide aspect ratios, including the settings and biography overlays.

  • [Fix] Improve navigation on the character select screen. Navigation would be unpredictable in certain circumstances.

  • [Fix] Biographies would not display on a non-Steam version of the game.

  • [Fix] Unwarranted extra typing audio in the ending cutscene, and the volume has been adjusted.

  • [Fix] Crash when creating Demo-tan.
