Gameplay Changes:
Many of the Non-touhou words in higher difficulties were Japanese words. Some of these were far too specific (Like youkai species). To make things more fair, many of these words have been replaced with other words.
The category of some words in the Non-Touhou wordpool have been changed, including some new categories being added! This should cut down on the long list of "Concept" words which was a little too vague.
Some word descriptions were improved to be more clear and understandable.
All-star and Nightmare modes forced players to play with all Touhou games set to on. While this is a great challenge, it immediately presented itself as unfair to players unfamiliar with the series. To make things more fair for everyone, All-star mode now has two functions.
If the player is playing with any Touhou tags on, it will force all Touhou games on like before.
If the player is ONLY playing with Non-Touhou on, then it will not force Touhou games on like before. Instead it will unlock a new tier of extra hard vocabulary to guess (Expect to use those weird letters like Z, J and X way more!)
For Touhou fans who want to prove themselves though, don't worry! Your scores between these two modes are saved separately and are marked as such! This will allow everyone to potentially beat these modes, but if you specifically want to call yourself the number 1 Touhou fan of all time, your records will be displayed as such. You can also try both modes to have both scores displayed if you want to be a completionist!
Bug Fixes:
Fixed fonts for Non-latin characters showing invalid characters after too many get shown (Hopefully, please let me know if there are other font issues!)
Fixed a bug where modded teachers with no end of day cutscene would cause a text bubble to overlap with the end of day win screen
Fixed a bug where the difficulty wheel could get stuck if you backed out of the menu very quickly after rotating it
Fixed a bug where the screen to continue to the credits after completing a difficulty couldn't be proceeded by pressing enter
Fixed controller rumbling stopping/getting stuck in Overdrive mode
Fixed a bug where Reisen's hands would overlay on top of the mist effect from a spellcard.
New Features:
A debug mode was added to the game to allow modders to more easily test their teachers!... And can be used for players who just want to mess with the game too. Check out the custom teacher instructions for details.
The player can now skip through the credits much faster by holding escape/start
Cleaned up the guides on how to make a custom teacher
Modders can now replace the speech bubble for custom teachers
Added the ability to have multiple swinging parts on a teacher! No longer are you restricted to one "Arm"!
Added the ability for modders to have ADVANCED options for specific expansion levels! This lets players change aspects of their teacher based on the current expansion level. See the guide for more details! I also admit that I have not fully tested this feature (The power of this new feature exponentially increases the possible ways teachers can be built, too many for just me to test!) so if you find any problems or bugs please report them in the discussion threads!
