addedWith that being said, if you're reading this very specific news article, it means you came here from 'Katie' and enjoyed that game enough to check out this next one. 'Isles of Silence' is a very different game to 'Katie', being an incremental resource-management game instead of a walking-sim. However, while 'Katie' was my first project, I feel it still represents what I love most in games and what I want to make, and I look back on it fondly. 'Isles' will hopefully retain a lot of that narrative charm and mystery that was inherent to 'Katie', as every new feature comes with an NPC complete with a backstory and oodles of dialogue to both inform and add flavor, complementing an ever-evolving story as you progress through the game. 'Isles' seeks to continue the worldbuilding that Katie's secret ending touched on (for those that found it), but will mostly be entirely new territory that I'm incredibly excited to share with you all!
changedI hope you guys check it out when it launches, and thank you so much for playing what I made! And, if any of this sounds interesting, a wishlist goes a long way in helping the game get seen :)

After many long years of starting projects, toying with different mediums, and graduating university, it's finally time to actually see a project through to the end. I'm proud to announce:
Steam post image
Set on a series of islands in the middle of the ocean, Isles of Silence sees you managing an ever-growing group of survivors as they fight to secure a place for themselves in their ill-fated land. The entire planet has been shaken by an unprecedented calamity, and the very land itself is growing hostile to your presence. Uncover the past and preserve your future as you lead your group to a better life, being careful to not upset whatever forces seem intent on stopping you.
