Kaskade changes
Update v1.3 introduces some changes to the UI, gameplay tweaks, and bug fixes.
Changes to the UI
The ability display is now visible within the upgrade menu, giving you an easier overview of the abilities you currently own.
Centering the camera on the most recently activated input node (spawn point) now also pings the location of that node, making it easier to find.
The most recently activated input nodes now have an occasional shimmer effect, with the aim of making them easier to identify.
I've improved the upgrade menu display in 21:9 aspect ratio.
Gameplay adjustments
Previously, if you had completed a chapter you wouldn't be shown the chapter complete screen again on all subsequent playthroughs. That has now been changed, so every chapter will show a chapter complete display offering the option to move on to the next chapter.
The speed of new input nodes was a little too high in Chapters 2 and 5. That has now been slightly tuned down.
Bug fixes
I've now fixed a problem with the input (spawning) nodes in Chapters 2 and 5 that were causing them to continue counting down to spawning while the game was paused and caused an issue with spawning deliveries even when the node had been deactivated.
There was an issue that was causing more Pause abilities to be restored than you currently own (!), which I've now fixed.
