For 3 Hero Medals, you can receive the back item “Hero’s Seal”.

Hero Medals can be obtained from event boxes crafted from Large Medals. To get Large Medals, you need to craft boxes using Medium Medals. If you lack medals or time to farm them, you can purchase them in the GXP shop.
