Hi everyone! It finally happened, after a long time in Early Access we are now doing a full release of Karnage Chronicles. It has been quite a ride creating a VR Action RPG of the depth and size it turned out to be, much larger than originally planned, but so much more fun. Some things were cut along the way, some things were changed and others added, but the original vision remains which was bringing to life a dungeon crawler you can feel you are really inside, fighting for your life at every twist and turn, looting and killing, questing and playing together with friends in an adventuring party, or run it alone if you so prefer.
New in the Release version:
Added a shop to Eye of the Dwarves with new armors and weapons.
Scaled the difficulty of Eye of the Dwarves to reflect easy access to better gear.
Added hundreds of new items to random drops, most look the same, but their stats may vary. Together with this we are introducing tiered magical rings and necklaces. Will you be among the lucky few to get a legendary drop?
Added mining because it is fun to hit and break stuff.
Rebalanced all enemies and gear to better match the new item drops, and the final difficulty of Eye of the Dwarves.
Warrior Changes
Increased warrior base damage to compensate for archers having a higher base critical chance and higher sustained DPS with their bow.
Reduced price of warrior crossbows to make it more likely warriors will have good ranged gear.
Changed the metal shield for sale in the Imp's Shop to be an enchanted "Shield of Aggression" which will be highly beneficial for warriors taking on the role of tank in multiplayer.
Development of Karnage Chronicles will continue after release.
