addedAs the 15th anniversary of the first release of Kaptain Brawe approaches, we've decided to take some time to give the game a fresh new look! We had to comb through a lot of backup CD's and DVD's to find the original artwork sources which we then upscaled with various tools and scripts (and a lot of manual labour!). Additionally, we needed to adjust and optimize the game's code to properly support these changes.
addedThe new update is now live and you can download it on Steam. Give it a try and let us know what you think in the Discussion forum! If you want to compare modes, you can switch between them either in the settings menu or by pressing F12 as you play.
changedPS: We have several more surprises lined up for Kaptain Brawe in the coming months. After all, it's a game we're most proud of in our long career and its age is not going to stop us from making a few improvements here and there. :)

Thankfully it was all worth it and the results are pretty great! Originally designed for 800x600 resolution, the game now supports both Full-HD and 4K graphics, which is quite a glow up if we can say so ourselves.
