[Kalia] - Graphical Update, New Haptic Feedback & A Glimpse of the Next Phase!
Hello everyone!
Development never stops! This month, my focus was on giving the overall experience a polish to make Shaktini's journey even more immersive and responsive. I have 3 big pieces of news I just pushed to the Early Access build!
1. ✨ Graphical Polish on the Current Phase
I performed a battery of optimizations and visual improvements. Lighting and post-processing effects have been tweaked to reinforce the Sci-Fi and Mystery atmosphere of the ruins. The game is now even more beautiful and fluid, ensuring the current area's exploration is the best it can be!
2. 🎮 New Haptic Feedback (Controller Vibration)
I finally implemented controller vibration feedback!
Now, when interacting with certain puzzles (like the Overcharge panel!) or activating certain mechanics, the controller vibrates, providing immediate haptic response.
This not only increases immersion but also serves as important feedback for the game's actions. Go try it!
3. 🚧 Next Phase Visible (But Under Construction!)
Big news: the next phase of the journey can now be seen within the current world!
You will be able to glimpse the new architecture and the challenges to come when exploring the area.
However, the passage is blocked by an invisible wall because this area is fully under construction and not ready to be played.
It's my commitment to show you what I'm building and what's coming in the next big update!
