We Sold Out of Cars!

I was planning to make a big announcement when we hit 50% funded on Kickstarter, but thanks to all of you, we blasted straight past that and landed at over 80% funded in just a 24 hour time period.

addedAll custom car tiers are now officially closed.After creating combination tiers that bundled cars with other rewards, the 5 cars we had allotted sold out within a handful of hours . I then doubled the number of available cars from five to ten, and those sold out too . I wish I could add more, but the amount of scope it would take would start to impact development timelines, and I don't want to delay the game. However, those ten cars alone contributed over $20,000 toward the Kickstarter goal , which is absolutely incredible. Thank you.

Get a custom billboard and character!

If you missed out on the car tiers, there are still plenty of ways to get involved. You can grab the game at a discount, get early access, add a character to the world, get a custom billboard, or take advantage of the new Character + Billboard combo tier.

That combo is especially great for VTubers, YouTubers, artists, manga creators, writers, and other creatives. You can have your original character appear in Kaido Genkai while also promoting your project, channel, comic, novel, or artwork on an in-game billboard.

Next steps

For everyone who backed a custom content tier, don't worry about reaching out right away. Once the Kickstarter ends, I'll be contacting everyone individually to work through the details of your cars, characters, and billboards. It may take a little time to coordinate everything, but I'm genuinely excited to see what we create together.

One of my favorite parts of game development is building something alongside the community, and seeing so many of you choose to leave your mark on the world of Kaido Genkai has been incredibly motivating.
