Junklands changes
Hi all!
Just wanted to give an update on Junklands!
We're in full swing with level design at the moment and got some new traversal mechanics being created. We're currently working on having a Zipline, Corner Hook Swing and Vertical Jolt that will make traversing the world a lot more fun!
The worlds take a fair bit of planning to put together as we try to tie the abilities and mechanics to the theme of the area. One of the awesome things about our progression system is one of the ability unlocks changes to the environment in every themed area, something we're very excited about!
We will be talking more about these in future updates with some awesome gameplay visuals! For now check out a prototype gameplay trailer here:
We're also proud to announce we're part of the Metroidvania Fusion Event! It's happening now from March 4 - 11, 10 am PST.

I should mention Deadleaf Games is mostly a one man team on this project, so thanks for patience as I'm slowly putting this game together. Feel free to tell me what you think, ideas, critiques of anything so far. I want to make the best game possible and need your help!
