Junk Jack v3.3 stability fixes + Win7 compatibility

changedAll these cumulative fixes are all bundled in the 3.3 version which is available on the beta branch of the game, the password to access it is "hellototheworld"!
changedThis version is fixing loot table issuer for uber bosses, some unrecognized GPU cards which didn't work with the game, A LOT of crashes (especially when playing with controller). There is also a hidden modding infrastructure that will be expanded in the future to finally allow user mods!
changedIMPORTANT: This beta version shouls restore compatibility with Windows 7 by using a different version of xinput library, which was giving issues to many users. Please let us know if that's the case!
