Patch note: Fix problem where achievements are not unlocked

There are instances where achievements were not unlocked even you completed the requirements ( e.g the perfect run achievement ). We fixed this. And if you earn any achievement already, the next time you boot up the game, the achievement will now rewarded to you. - Fix problem where if you press A ( or Enter ) to skip a conversation after a dead, it can trigger the last program to run immediately.
