Story Event "Yuji Itadori’s Promise" will officially begin on March 27 at 3:00 PM (UTC+9)!
Overview
The story event is an event where you can experience exclusive stories and get generous rewards. Progress through the quests to read the event storyline. Additionally, as you progress through the quest, you can challenge Formidable Battle where you can obtain generous rewards. Challenge powerful enemies repeatedly and earn generous rewards!

Event-Limited Recollection Bits
SSR Resolve in the Maelstrom
"Resolve in the Maelstrom" can be obtained by clearing Event Quest on "NORMAL" difficulty or at Exorcism Token Exchange.
Event Bonus Characters & Recollection Bits
By formatting the Characters or Recollection Bits eligible for Event Bonus and challenging Formidable Battle, Obtainment Quantity of Exorcism Tokens will increase.
・SSR [An Entrusted Life] Yuji Itadori Obtainment Quantity of Exorcism Tokens +20%, additionally +4% for each Awakening
・SSR A Nameless Spring Obtainment Quantity of Exorcism Medals +15%, additionally +3% for each Limit Break
・SSR Resolve in the Maelstrom Obtainment Quantity of Exorcism Medals +15%, additionally +3% for each Limit Break
・"Ya" Attribute Characters Obtainment Quantity of Exorcism Tokens +5%
※Event bonus target characters will not benefit from Attribute Event Bonuses. *For characters who enjoy Attribute Event Bonuses, their Obtainment Quantity of event bonuses will not increase with their Awakening Tier. *Additional items granted by Event Bonuses are always rounded up to the nearest integer. Therefore, even if the bonus effects increase through Awakening or Limit Break, the actual Obtainment Quantity of Items may not increase.
Event Quest
You can read event-limited stories by progressing through event quests. You can consume AP to challenge event quests. Clear event quests to obtain event-limited rewards and "Residuals of Cursed Energy".
There are two difficulty levels for event quests: "NORMAL" and "HARD". Clear the "NORMAL" quests to unlock the "HARD" quests. You can progress through event-limited stories by challenging the "NORMAL" quests. The played stories will be added to Event Plot in Album. Each "HARD" quest can only be cleared a limited number of times per day. Clear Times reset at 12:00 AM (UTC+9) every day.
When clearing each event quest, the Clearance Rating of the quest will vary based on the number of team members that withdraw from combat. The Clearance Rating for a quest has 3 tiers. When clearing with Clearance Rating 3, you will get Clearance Rating Rewards, and the Sweep function for the corresponding quest will be unlocked.
Formidable Battle
Formidable Battles are quests that can be challenged during the story event period. Clear Event Quest on "NORMAL" difficulty to unlock Formidable Battle. There are four difficulty levels for Formidable Battle: "NORMAL", "HARD", "VERY HARD" and "SPECIAL".
ExorcismYou can consume "Residuals of Cursed Energy" to challenge Exorcisms. When Formidable Battle is just unlocked, only the "NORMAL" quests are available for challenge. By clearing each quest, you can challenge quests of higher difficulty. In ""SPECIAL"" quests, there is a limit to the number of Available Annihilation Times. The number of Available Annihilation Times will increase every day during the event period.
The Damage Dealt to enemies and the Break Gauge will be carried over to the next challenge. Challenge Exorcisms to obtain "Exorcism Tokens". The Obtainment Quantity of "Exorcism Tokens" is related to the proportion of Damage Dealt. When you Annihilate an enemy, you will get additional ""Exorcism Tokens"" as Annihilation rewards. *There is no Residuals of Cursed Energy consumption when retreating. *No assisting characters can be formatted in Exorcisms. *Exorcisms do not grant Player EXP or Character EXP.
Practice
In Practice, you can challenge enemies as many times as you like without consuming "Residuals of Cursed Energy". *The results in Practice are not reflected in Exorcisms. *There is no limit to the number of Available Annihilation Times in Practice. *No rewards are available in Practice. *Successive Auto-Battle is not available in Practice.
How to Select Practice Mode You can switch between Exorcism and Practice mode by tapping the "Exorcism" or "Practice" button in the upper left corner of the Formidable Battle screen.
Quick Settings ・Copy Battle Info Enemies' HP and Break Gauge in Exorcism Battles will be applied to Practice Battles. *Copying applies to all difficulties.
・Reset Battle Info Initializes all enemies' HP and Break Gauge in Practice. *Copying applies to all difficulties.
Battle Record In Battle Record, you can check the Damage Dealt to enemies and the formation for each battle. *Up to the 10 most recent records can be displayed in Battle Record. If there are more than 10 records, the oldest records will be deleted sequentially. *The records of battles in which you retreat midway will not be displayed.
Exorcism Token Exchange
You can exchange "Exorcism Tokens" for event rewards in "Exorcism Token Exchange" on the event's main page.
After the exchange, you will get a random reward from the Current Prize Pool. Each time you obtain a reward through exchange, the remaining quantity of that reward in the Current Prize Pool will decrease by one. After obtaining Reset Target Rewards, you can reset the prize pool. After the prize pool is reset, the rewards in the prize pool may be different from those before the reset.
You can check the current contents of the Exorcism Token Prize Pool and the remaining quantity of the rewards in "Current Prize Pool". After obtaining Reset Target Rewards, you can reset the prize pool through "Current Prize Pool". You can check the prize pool contents for each phase through "All Prize Pools".
In "Exchange Settings", you can set it to Exchange 50 times or 100 times at once. In "Exchange Settings", you can set whether or not to play animations when exchanging items within 10 times. If you choose to turn off animations, the animation will only play when Reset Target Rewards is obtained. After obtaining all the Reset Target Rewards, if you have enough Exorcism Tokens to exchange for all the rewards in the prize pool, you can perform Bulk Exchange.
*Once the prize pool is reset, you can no longer exchange for rewards from the previous prize pool. *After all the rewards in the prize pool have been obtained, the prize pool will reset automatically. *After all the rewards in the prize pool have been obtained, the prize pool will reset automatically. *If you have obtained all the Reset Target Rewards, the rewards in the prize pool will no longer change during subsequent resets. *When set to Exchange 50 times or 100 times, the animation will only play when obtaining Reset Target Rewards, regardless of the animation setting.
Event Mission
During the event period, you can obtain various rewards by meeting the specified conditions. You can check the details of the missions in "Event Mission" on the event's main page.
After meeting the mission conditions, tap the "Claim" button of the completed mission in "Event Mission" to claim the rewards. Tap "Claim All" to claim all available rewards at once.
There are the following types of Event Missions:
Daily MissionCompletion Progress is reset daily at 12:00 AM (UTC+9).
Normal MissionMissions related to various in-game content and features.
Complete specific missions to obtain Titles limited to this event and Reminiscence Bookmark. You can challenge Normal Missions at any time during the event period.
