Since around Saturday, April 18, some users have been unable to play the game when launching “JR EAST Train Simulator” via GeForce NOW, as the message “Could not start the game process: ‘Access is denied.’ (0×5)” appears.

We sincerely apologize to all GeForce NOW users for the ongoing inconvenience.
