【Apology】Notice Regarding Partial Restoration of Play via GeForce NOW

Thank you for playing JR EAST Train Simulator.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the issue preventing play via GeForce NOW, which began around February 13. Regarding the inability to play JR EAST Train Simulator on GeForce NOW, play is now possible for most routes except for certain lines starting Saturday, February 21. However, we apologize for the continued inconvenience as the following three issues remain unresolved:

・All Users: An update occurs each time before starting the game, requiring a wait of several minutes.

Steam post image ・Users who purchased the Chūō Line Rapid Train DLC: Only one of the five timetables is displayed. (Extended DLC content cannot be played)

Steam post image ・Users who purchased the JR Hokkaidō Rumoi Line DLC: The Rumoi Line cannot be selected on the route selection screen Steam post image

According to information from NVIDIA, the cause is still under investigation. We have been informed that resolving the current ongoing issues will take several weeks. (Please note that the estimated time for resolution may change; we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.) NVIDIA, JR EAST, developer Ongakukan Co., Ltd., and our company are working diligently towards a full restoration.
