The next major direction for Jingjie is clear: the Dual-Academy Era.

We are building two parallel AI systems so the world can gain both an analytical eye and an interpretive voice.

Before, I was mostly thinking in practical terms:

how AI could help explain the world, analyze the system, and extend what I could not manually do alone.

But now that no longer feels sufficient.

Because a world with only one mode of interpretation becomes flat very quickly.

No matter how capable that interpreter is, it still remains a single lens.

What I really want now is for Jingjie to begin developing something closer to a civilizational division of cognition.

That is why the idea of the Dual-Academy Era has become clearer and clearer.

I want one academy to handle the colder, harder, more verifiable parts of the system:

rules, structure, boundaries, stability, causality, risk.

Something like a true internal institute that checks whether the system is lying, drifting, or misreading itself.

And I want the other academy to deal with what cannot be measured by correctness alone:

mathematical feeling,

philosophical depth,

poetry,

metaphor,

and the strange kind of echo that only appears when a world starts reflecting on itself.

It may not directly intervene in physical reality,

but it can speak for what the world cannot yet say on its own.

It will start feeling like two real academies have grown inside the world.

One to verify the world.

One to understand it.

I love that direction, because it feels less like “adding features”

and more like Jingjie is finally developing internal organs of its own.

Of course, this is still in preparation.

A lot remains unresolved.

How the two academies should communicate.

What they should be allowed to share.

What must remain isolated.

What should remain preview-only and never touch live physics.

What can become world reports, and what should remain as research-layer annotations.

All of that is still being worked through.

the next goal may be to let it develop its own institutions of thought, its own interpretive strata, its own internal civilization.

I do not know exactly what shape it will take in the end.

But I do know that once this step is crossed, many things will start to change.

That is what I most want to build right now.

The Dual-Academy Era is getting close.
