1.3.1 - Puzzle Piece Shuffling, Windows 11 Display Update

This update aims to address a problem mentioned by several puzzle solvers.

When a new puzzle is started, puzzle pieces will now be automatically placed outside of the 'work area'. This should save a lot of time, especially when solving puzzles with large numbers of pieces.

As the pieces are now scattered over a far wider area, the view will be 'zoomed-out' by default when each puzzle is started or resumed. Normal zoom functionality remains unaffected.

This update also includes code to ameliorate a bug which relates to displaying text on some Windows 11 systems.
