Jigrift changes

changedThat's it for this update! Thanks for checking out Jigrift and stay tuned for more soon!

Scattered all around Jigrift lie seven dormant spirits sealed within the confines of wooden masks carved many years ago. They are the bringers of The Scattering: the ritual that breaks Jigrift into dozens of pieces whenever an inhabitant returns to its shores. While they break the island apart, they will also aid you in your goal to put the island back together again. But be careful… They hate being woken up.

In Jigrift, you’ll only have access to a handful of pieces depending on your progress. The remainder of the island’s pieces float among the clouds, completely out of reach. To gain access to these pieces, you’ll need to find a Spirit Mask!

Finding, reaching, and waking these Sprit Masks is how you progress through the game. This is easier said than done though! These masks are often hidden or are in seemingly inaccessible areas that will require diligent puzzling and platforming to reach. Once you finally reach and wake one, it will explode into a raging fury! In its rage, it will rain down pieces from the sky into the ocean, allowing you to access them. Then the fun starts all over again!

Spirit Mask Art Update!

The masks have also been remodeled. You might have seen them in the trailers and screen shots before. They look… oddly human in what is supposed to be a frog world. Well now they look like Frogs!

That's it for this update! Thanks for checking out Jigrift and stay tuned for more soon!
