💎Jewelry Crafting: Create Your Own Masterpieces

Jewelry crafting is now a core feature, giving players full control over the design process. Here’s how it works:

🔹 Gem Cutting – Obtain raw gemstones and shape them into beautiful, precise cuts. Your craftsmanship directly impacts the gem’s final quality.

🔹 Body Selection – Visit the pawn shop to purchase different ring bodies. Each one offers unique materials and designs to match your creative vision.

🔹 Assembly – With a refined gem and a ring body in hand, head to your workbench. Carefully set the gem into the ring body and finalize your custom piece!

This system allows for limitless creativity, making each jewelry piece truly unique.

Cleaning Improvements: Keep Your Store Spotless

A well-maintained store is key to attracting customers, and we’ve added new mechanics to emphasize cleanliness.

🧼 Footprints – Customers now leave footprints as they walk, meaning you’ll need to grab your broom and clean up after them.

🗑 More Trash Types – We’ve expanded the variety of trash that can appear in your store. Keeping the shop clean will improve your prestige, while neglecting it may drive customers away. After all, no one wants to shop in a dirty jewelry store!

Sounds & UI Animations

We’ve made major audio and UI improvements to enhance immersion and responsiveness.

Sound Additions 🎵 Footstep sounds now vary depending on the surface. 🗣️ Customers now have voice lines. 🚗 Vehicles outside generate ambient noise. 🧹 Mop sounds play when cleaning. 🌙 Smooth transitions between day and night ambient sounds. 📱 New sound effects for opening and closing the tablet. 🔪 Cutting sounds for gem shaping have been added.

UI Enhancements 📜 Product Info and Sale Listing menus now slide in from the left. 🔴 Customer Requests with missing or incorrect items now pulse red, similar to fake products. 💬 Dialogue Widget now slides in from the right. ✅ Checkmarks for completed tests now appear with an ease-in animation. 📊 Damage & Clarity test bars now rise from the bottom, fill up, and retract smoothly. 🌘 End-of-day and Prestige Level-Up screens now fade to black before displaying elements with a dissolve effect. 📖 Tutorials spanning multiple pages now transition smoothly instead of abruptly switching.

These updates make interactions feel smoother and more polished!

Expanded Product Box Variety

Until now, jewelry boxes were mostly the same, but that’s changing! We’ve increased the variety of product boxes to add more realism and customization.

💍 8 ring boxes 📿 6 necklace boxes ⛏ 4 ore boxes

This means more options for presenting and storing jewelry, making each item feel more distinct.

That’s it for this update! These new mechanics and refinements bring Jeweler Simulator closer to a fully immersive experience, and we’re excited to share more in the coming months. Thanks for following our journey, and see you in the next dev diary!
