A few more fixes. The major change is to how respawns are handled, which should greatly reduce or eliminate the major stuttering that occurs when you or other players die and respawn.

General
Fixed stutter when players die and respawn
Potentially issues with VR controls after respawn (could not reproduce, but respawns are handled entirely differently now)
Fixed voice input setting persistence between scenes
Fixed friend invite/join from friends list
Disable pvp collisions for a short period after respawning to prevent collisions when multiple players respawn in the same place at the same time
Reduce stuttering that occurs after saving a new ghost
Fixed: race position sometimes flashes to an incorrect number upon crossing start/finish line

Increased sidestick adjustment range
Added stick sensitivity toggle for VR joystick
