Hello! Here's another patch to fix many of the common issues we came across yesterday.

Jetborne Racing changes

General
Fixed: voice input toggle wouldn't respond after it was left on when leaving a lobby
Fixed lag when toggling voice chat
Fixed mic input indicator
Fixed an issue that would cause desyncs and/or inoperable synced objects
Added voice volume adjustment to spectator display
Fixed: voice volume slider didn't change volume much until set very low
Added comm radio volume setting to Settings menu since it can't be changed in cockpit by non-VR
Fixed: best lap ghost failed to save to disk if the user quit to main menu before it was done
Added lap progress to lobby listing when it's in a Race
Added Recenter VR button binding for HOTAS/Controller
Fixed: blackout effect did not scale horizontally with aspect ratio, leaving unblinded parts for very wide or triple displays
Reduced explosion smoke density and lifetime
Fixed: Airbrake drag SFX were not affected by SFX Volume settings
Fixed float setting value adjustment tooltip
Reduced spectator gun damage
Disabled and removed Limit VR FPS option (this was a hack/fix for an old problem)
Cockpit
Fixed Spectator Cam button tooltips
Fixed: launch acceleration would cause player's hand to pull back on throttle unintentionally
Non-VR
Fixed: camera position in cockpit was not centered properly until mouse look was toggled (HUD became cut off)
Items
Fixed: shield wouldn't protect against certain types of EMPs
Spectator-Cam
Fixed: Camcorder position got stuck in the middle of the aircraft
