General Fixes and Improvements

Addressed a soft lock issue that could occur if players entered Solo Score Attack while an on-screen error was present.
The game will no longer become stuck during 'Guesstimation' rounds if a disconnected player reconnects before Salli prompts the group about waiting for the player who disconnected.
Players are now prevented from proceeding without selecting an avatar and entering a name if a second player joins during the year-of-birth input section of the game introduction.

Resolved an issue preventing players from progressing after entering their Twitch channel ID for the very first time.
Fixed text on the Twitch connection screen that was being cut off.

Topics in Solo Score Attack will now correctly randomize.
The chosen answers for players will now be revealed accurately during the 'True or False' round.
Improved the Twitch connection flow, by removing the need to login to Twitch within the game. Players can now connect simply by inputting their channel ID via the ‘Twitch Mode’ option on the main menu, or within the ‘Streaming’ option in Settings.
Readability has been improved for answers containing four or more digits during 'What Happens Next' rounds.
