Windows 10 Compatibility Patch (or, Microsoft Broke OpenGL)

Hello All, The main build has been switched to Direct 3D forced compatibility mode, as the latest version of Windows 10 (1903) does not seem to be compatible with the OpenGL version used in the game engine.

addedFor anyone wishing to still use OpenGL on older version, it is still available. If you go to the game in the Library and bring up the Properties window for it, then go to the Beta section there should now be an "opengl" version (if it doesn't come up, put in the testing code "testing12345". Effectively, I've made the nonOpenGL executable the new main build. Please let me know if you run into any issues playing with this change.
