added🌊 Fresh Playtest Build for Isles of Krom is LIVE! 🏝️We’ve just rolled out a brand-new playtest update! The team has been hard at work crushing bugs, tweaking balance, and adding some highly requested quality-of-life features to make your adventures smoother and more satisfying.
added🌊 Fresh Playtest Build for Isles of Krom is LIVE! 🏝️Impactful Hits: We've added "Hit Freeze Frames" and camera shake on successful hits for that extra oomph , plus massively improved hit detection on slopes!

⚔️ Smoother, Crunchier Combat

  • Impactful HitsWe've added "Hit Freeze Frames" and camera shake on successful hits for that extra oomph , plus massively improved hit detection on slopes!
  • Movement & QoLPicking up "shinies" is now done seamlessly while walking (no more kneeling!). Plus, fall damage is more forgiving—it will now leave you at 1 HP with a new flat landing animation instead of an instant death.

🛠️ Streamlined Crafting & Menus

  • No more Drafts: Recipes are now gifted directly when upgrading stations or salvaging equipment!

  • UI Overhaul: Crafting now uses a clean popup menu, and you can easily cycle through stations using Gamepad Triggers (or 1 / 3 on your keyboard).

  • Inventory Management: You can now drop items during a run (creates a small loot bag at your feet), and quantity management now loops smoothly. Emptying basic containers will also destroy them to keep the world clean.

🌍 World Exploration & Balance

  • Economy & LootWe've boosted loot in the Shipyard and Depths, reduced crafting costs across the board (weapons, armor, and consumables), and heavily boosted quest rewards.
  • ExplorationPolished navigation in the Mines (added ropes to get back up!) and Islet_C. Also, keep an eye out: you'll now need a Bone Key to open Bone Chests!
  • EnemiesBalanced mob stats, including a reduced attack rate for the Errant Knight and a larger web radius for Spiderlings.
