Multilingual Branch Updated to 1.3.707

Crash I have gotten some feedback on the code I am using in the multilingual version of the game, and I am attempting some of the suggestions. Once again, some players are experiencing a crash when starting the game.

Testing:

To test this (if you are willing and/or able) you would right click on "Islands of the Caliph > Properties > Game Versions and Betas" and select "Multilingual" from the menu.
